Rice Field Villa
In the heart of Sa Pa’s terraced rice fields, the Rice Field Villa emerges as a contemporary spiritual retreat where bamboo architecture blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature. Designed as an ode to simplicity and harmony, it offers a sanctuary where body and mind reconnect with the essential.
A cocoon of bamboo and light
Built entirely from woven bamboo and local woods, the villa dissolves into the landscape with natural elegance. Semi-transparent walls filter the morning light, creating shifting shadows that follow the rhythm of the sun and seasons.
A mindful way of living
Every space is conceived as a sensory experience:
A mineral bathroom opening onto the vegetation, where water and stone come together in a ritual of purification.
A bedroom overlooking the rice terraces, bathed in golden light at sunrise.
An open kitchen, where simple gestures reconnect with Vietnamese tradition.
A meditative living room, designed for contemplation and meaningful exchanges at sunset.
A low tea room, inviting introspection and spiritual rituals.
A narrow, tranquil pool running alongside the rice terraces, like a mirror of water between sky and earth.
Architecture in harmony with nature
The villa relies exclusively on natural and renewable materials, affirming a sustainable approach rooted in respect for its environment. Open and porous, it allows air, light, and the sounds of nature to flow freely, offering guests a total immersion in the landscape.
A spiritual and meditative experience
Beyond its aesthetics, the Rice Field Villa is conceived as a place of reconnection. Here, every detail invites you to slow down, breathe, and rediscover the profound bond between human beings and nature.
